Alberto (“Talby”) heads FGC’s acquisition and joint-venture (JV) initiatives for natural resources and environment compliance requirements in line with FGC’s conservation efforts.

Talby is tasked to identify and monitor key Philanthropic concessions worldwide and works closely with various governments and Philanthropic organizations which are part of the Maharlika alliance to ensure Humanity plays a role and benefits from key resources.

Talby has handled projects in the same capacity with some of the largest organizations in Asia such as the Asian Development Bank, the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority and the office of the President of the Philippines.
